Daniel
Bidegaray was born and raised on a farm and ranch in eastern Montana. He
obtained his undergraduate degree from Montana State University in Bozeman
and his law degree from the University of Montana in Missoula. He received
valuable courtroom experience as a prosecutor after graduating
from law school. Daniel is licensed to practice law in Montana and North
Dakota, as well as the United States District Courts of Montana and
Colorado, the Ninth Circuit Court, and the Fort Peck Tribal Court. He is
active in the state and local bar association. Daniel is on the
board of directors for the
Montana Trial Lawyers Association, The Gallatin County Bar Association,
and has been appointed by the Governor of the state of Montana to an
additional board. Daniel is a sustaining member of the American
Association for Justice,
a member of Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, and a 2004 graduate of
the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College.
Anna
(Williams) Bidegaray was born and raised in Montana. She is a third
generation Montana lawyer. Anna began her undergraduate studies at
Wellesley College and finished them at the University of Washington. She
graduated from the University of Montana School of Law with honors. In law
school Anna was a member of the Moot Court Team, and is a member of the
Order of Barristers. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Judge
Mike McCarter of the Montana Workers' Compensation Court. She is licensed
to practice law in Montana, as well the United States District Court of
Montana and the Fort Peck Tribal Court. Anna is a member of the American
Trial Lawyers Association and The Montana Trial Lawyers Association.
Daniel and Anna are the proud parents of three
young children who are active in the school and sports. They
enjoy skiing and participating in many other outdoor activities together. Anna enjoys
participating in triathlons and long distance running
events throughout Montana. Daniel enjoys racquetball hiking, biking and all the other outdoor activities that Bozeman has to
offer. Daniel is a first generation American and is proud of his
Basque heritage.
